It looks like Miya Ponsetto a.k.a #SoHoKaren was released today after she was taken back to New York City to face a judge after she accused Keyon Harrold Jr. of taking her phone at a New York City hotel late last month.
According to the New York Post, hours after she was taken back to New York City from California she made her first appearance in court for attempted robbery and attempted assault charges for reputedly attacking the 14-year-old teen, and then was sprung on supervised release.
Before getting released, she was also charged with endangering the welfare of a child and grand larceny in the fourth degree and was ordered to stay away from the teen and his family. She’s arranged to appear in Manhattan Criminal Court on March 29th. She did not enter a plea over the course of the proceeding.
