Drake may have been forced to delay the release of his sixth studio album Certified Lover Boy back in January, but the rapper isn’t leaving followers without new music. After teasing the release this week on Instagram, Drake dropped the Scary Hours 2 EP, which included three new songs and a Toronto-centric music video.
Scary Hours 2 picks up where 2018’s Scary Hours EP left off, with the short collection including “Diplomatic Immunity” and the massively successful “God’s Plan.” Drake’s latest release includes three new tracks and features from Rick Ross and Lil Baby.
Drake teamed up with Ross for the deeply personal “Lemon Pepper Freestyle,” which includes bars about the rapper’s young boy Adonis (“Flooded French Immersion with the Secret Service”) and his love for his buddies who have been with him since the beginning of his career (aka when he started from the bottom).
