DaBaby Accused Of Reportedly Knocking Rental Property Owner’s Tooth Out In Confrontation Over Unauthorized Music Video – The Shade Room

A new lawsuit has been brought against DaBaby by the owner of a California rental property he was renting.
The alleged incident went down last December at the holiday rental home lodged in the Hollywood Hills near the greatly popular Runyon Canyon.  In the lawsuit, the owner of the home is alleging that DaBaby assaulted him and stole his phone when he tried to shut down an unauthorized music video shoot, Variety reports.
The owner, Gary Pagar, states in the suit that DaBaby rented the property on condition that no more than 12 people would be on site, acknowledging COVID-19 restrictions. However, Pagar alleges that DaBaby had about 40 people in the home to shoot a music video, which would be in violation of the terms of the lease.
