TSR Prayers Up: A family is in desperate need of answers following the murder of 30-year-old Akeem Jamaal “AJ” Coburn and the City of Los Angeles is willing to help.
A $50,000 reward is being offered by the city for any information leading to the identity, arrest and prosecution of the person or persons responsible for Coburn’s death.
Coburn, who is described as a family man, was tragically gunned down the night of July 29 while standing in a driveway in the 13600 block of South Vermont Avenue in the Harbor Gateway area of the city. He ran away and collapsed in a nearby backyard where he succumbed to his injuries, according to officials.
The Los Angeles Police Department has released this information in wishes that a witness will come forward to help bring justice to Coburn and his loved ones.
